Redeeming points in the Gift Gallery happens on your own Kodo account: these are your points, exchanged and tracked from your profile and your Activity tab.
Treating a loved one
If you'd like a loved one to benefit from your points, the best approach is still to redeem the reward that suits them and then hand it to them yourself (for example, a printed or shared voucher). A direct transfer feature from the app isn't available at this time.
Would you rather help a loved one build up their own points? The simplest way is to pay their bills or top-up directly through Kodo: every payment earns them points on their own account. See How does Kodo's referral program work (50 points offered)? to invite them to create their account.
