Where to find your receipts
Every payment made on Kodo automatically generates a receipt, available in the app's Activity tab.
Steps to download a receipt
- Open the Activity tab.
- Find the transaction in question (you can filter or scroll through your history).
- Open the transaction's details.
- Download the receipt as a PDF, ready to be shared or printed if needed.
Why this is useful
These receipts serve as proof of payment, useful for your personal records or in case of a check with our support team over a transaction issue.
