Why save favorites
If you regularly pay the same bills (your parents', a secondary meter, your partner's number), saving these identifiers as favorites saves you from re-entering them for every payment.
How to save a favorite
- During a payment (Woyofal, Senelec, Sen'Eau, top-up...), enter the identifier as usual.
- Turn on the option to save it once the payment is complete.
- Give it a recognizable name (e.g. "Mom's Meter", "Home Woyofal").
Reusing a favorite
At your next payment, find your saved identifier directly in your list of favorites/recipients: no need to re-enter the meter or phone number, the payment happens in one tap.
You can save both your own meters and those of your loved ones.
