Logging in without a password
Kodo doesn't use a traditional password. Instead, every login is confirmed with a one-time verification code (OTP), sent directly to your WhatsApp, on the number linked to your account.
Why this choice
A password can be forgotten, guessed, or reused across several services. An OTP code sent to your WhatsApp guarantees that only the person who has physical access to your phone can log in to your Kodo account.
How it works
- You enter your phone number.
- Kodo sends you a code on WhatsApp.
- You enter this code in the app to confirm your login.
This code is single-use and expires after a short time for your security.
Not receiving your code? Check that WhatsApp is installed and active with the number provided, then request a new code.
