Signing in without a password
Kodo doesn't use passwords. To prove the number is yours, you send a WhatsApp message prepared by the app, from that number.
How it works
- Enter your number, the one from the country where you live.
- Tap Get the code on WhatsApp: WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message containing a code.
- Send it without changing it, then come back to Kodo.
- You are signed in automatically as soon as the message arrives.
The code works once and expires after a few minutes.
Why
Only the person holding the phone and WhatsApp of that number can send this message. No code is sent to you, so there is nothing to intercept.
Nothing happens? Check that WhatsApp is installed and active with this number and that the message was sent, then tap Reopen WhatsApp.
