The basics
Woyofal is Senelec's prepaid electricity system in Senegal: you buy credit in advance, and a 20-digit code lets you load it directly onto your meter. Kodo lets you buy this credit in seconds, without leaving home.
Steps to buy your top-up
- Open Kodo and select Woyofal from the list of services.
- Enter your meter number (visible on your meter or a previous bill).
- Choose the top-up amount.
- Pay with your usual method (Wave, Orange Money, or bank card).
- Get your 20-digit code instantly.
Loading the code onto your meter
Once you receive the code, enter it directly on your Woyofal meter's keypad, then confirm. The credit is added instantly.
Good to know: your code stays available at any time in the Activity tab of the app, even if you didn't write it down right away.
