Where to update your details
Go to the Profile tab in the Kodo app, then select the information you want to change: phone number or email address.
Security check
To protect your account, any change to a phone number is confirmed by a verification code (OTP) sent on WhatsApp, to the new number provided. Just enter this code in the app to validate the change.
Why this step matters
This check prevents someone else from changing your number without your knowledge and taking over your account, since your points balance and payment methods are tied to it.
