How it works
When you enter a Senegalese phone number for airtime, Internet or a bundle, Kodo shows « Detecting the operator » then recognises the operator (Orange, Yas, Promobile…). You have nothing to choose: the offers shown are that operator's.
The offers of the recognised operator
If the operator is not recognised
Kodo shows « The operator of this number was not recognised » or « This number is not recognised by the operator ». In that case:
- Check the number, digit by digit.
- Try again after a few moments.
- Write to us if the problem continues: « Contact Kodo support ».
Before paying
Always re-read the operator's name and the number on the summary. If you see the offers of the wrong operator, do not pay: go back.
