Pay in Senegal from abroad

What you need

• A WhatsApp number from the country where you live (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Morocco… according to the list shown at sign-up).
• A Visa or Mastercard bank card, or Apple Pay (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android).

Steps

1. Create your account with your foreign number. See « Create my account ».
2. Choose the service on the Home screen: Woyofal, Senelec, Sen'Eau, Airtime, Internet or Bundles.
3. Say who receives the service: tap « Offer » to choose a saved loved one, or type the number, meter or contract directly.
4. Choose the offer or the amount. Prices are shown in your currency.
5. Pay with your card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay if they are offered. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3D Secure).
6. Follow the delivery. The service reaches Senegal within seconds in most cases. You can tell your loved one on WhatsApp from Kodo.

What it costs

The price shown is the final price: card fees are included. You pay nothing more when you confirm.

If it doesn't work

• The payment is declined: see « My payment is declined ». Remember to turn on international payments in your bank's app.
• Your payment method is not shown: check that your account was created with a foreign number.
