Pay from Morocco

Kodo is open in Morocco as a test: turn on international payments with your Moroccan bank before paying.

What to know

Kodo is open in Morocco, with the price shown in Moroccan dirhams. Payments with a Moroccan card depend on your bank's settings: some payments may be declined at first. We follow the results to improve the service.

Before paying

  1. Create your account with your Moroccan number (+212). See « Create my account ».
  2. In your bank's app, turn on international payments (or online payments) for your card.
  3. Check your limit. Some Moroccan cards are limited to local use, or have a yearly limit for payments abroad.

Pay

Choose a service, enter the number, meter or contract of your loved one in Senegal, then pay with your card, or Apple Pay or Google Pay if they are offered. Your bank may ask you to confirm (3D Secure).

If the payment is declined

Kodo tells you the reason when it is known. In every case, no amount is charged. If the decline keeps happening, contact your bank, or write to us from Account › Write to support.
