Pay with Orange Money or Max it

Before you start

You need an Orange Money or Max it account saved in Kodo. If not, see « Add or remove a payment method ».

With Orange Money

1. When paying, choose « Mon compte Orange Money ».
2. Check the summary and tap Pay.
3. Read the « Approve with Orange Money » card. It gives the instruction to follow to approve. Tap Copy to copy it.
4. Approve the payment with Orange Money, then come back to Kodo.

With Max it

1. When paying, choose « Mon compte Max it ».
2. Check the summary and tap Pay.
3. Tap « Open Max it » and approve the payment in the Max it app.
4. Come back to Kodo.

What you see in Kodo

The waiting screen shows « Request sent », « Approval in Orange Money » (or Max it), then « Payment confirmed », with the « Valid for » countdown. It closes by itself on confirmation.

If it doesn't work

• « Time limit exceeded »: the request expired, no amount is charged. Tap Start again.
• Max it does not open: tap « Pay from another phone » and scan the code.
• The payment is declined: see « My payment is declined ».
