  1. How do I earn Kodo points?1 point for every 100 FCFA paid, added as soon as the service is delivered. Plus a welcome bonus and referrals.
  2. See my balance and my points historyYour balance is on Home and in Gifts. « See history » lists your points earned and spent.
  3. Swap my points for a giftGifts tab: choose a gift, tap « Get my gift », and keep your reference.
  4. Which gifts are available?Internet bundles, partner vouchers, perks to activate: the Gifts tab catalogue changes regularly.
  5. Find and use my giftsGifts › My gifts: each gift, its status, its reference to copy and share.
  6. Can I give a gift or my points to a loved one?Points cannot be transferred: swaps are made on your account. You can however gift a paid service.
  7. Do my Kodo points have an expiration date?No, your points stay available until you redeem them.
  8. Invite a loved one and earn pointsYou each earn 50 points when your loved one makes their first payment. Find and share your code in Account › Referrals.
  9. Ambassador program: tiers and rewardsEach active loved one brings you closer to a tier: points bonus, T-shirt, trophy. Follow your status in Referrals.
