  1. Where do I find my payments?All your payments are in the Activity tab, newest first, with their details and receipt.
  2. What do payment statuses mean?Delivered, Pending, In progress, Failed, Cancelled, Expired, Refunded: what each status means and what you can do.
  3. Download or share a receiptEvery payment has its PDF receipt: open it in Activity, then share it or save it.
  4. Find my Woyofal codeYour 20-digit top-up code stays available in Activity: you can copy it at any time.
  5. Schedule a payment reminderFrom a successful payment: « Remind me every month ». On the day, it opens ready to confirm. Nothing is charged without you.
  6. Track and analyse my spendingHow much you spent, on what, and what you earned in points: everything is in Spending analysis.
