Create your account, sign in, manage your profile.

  1. Change my phone numberAccount › Phone number: you send a WhatsApp message from the new number, and your account moves to it.
  2. Create my accountCreating an account takes two minutes: your number, a WhatsApp message, your profile and a 4-digit PIN.
  3. Sign in with WhatsAppKodo has no password: you send a WhatsApp message prepared by the app, from your own number, and sign-in happens by itself.
  4. I changed phones or lost my SIM cardSame number: just sign in. Number lost: the team checks your identity and moves your account to a new number.
  5. Edit my personal informationFirst name, last name, date of birth, gender, city and address: everything is edited in Account › Personal information.
  6. The WhatsApp sign-in message doesn't workYou send the message yourself: if it didn't go out, or WhatsApp doesn't open, here is how to start again.
  7. Change the app languageFrench or English: Account › Language. The help centre follows your choice.
  8. Choose the notifications I receiveSharing, Rewards, Reminders, General: turn each category on or off. Security and payment alerts always stay on.
